Diagnostics revealed that the ECU was cutting fuel, but the ECU itself checked out fine. So what was really happening? The Investigation We went deeper — testing circuits, checking grounds, and tracing every wire. Eventually, the answer revealed itself inside the fuse box: 👉 A tiny strand of wire was shorting two terminals together.Each time the AC turned on, the short would kill the fuel pump, shutting the engine off instantly. The Solution Once we removed that sneaky wire and repaired the affected terminals, the Ford roared back to life — AC on and all systems normal.
