A 2014 Ford Focus came in with a strange issue: the car shut off every time the AC button was pressed.
Diagnostics showed the ECU was cutting fuel, but the ECU was fine.
After a deep dive, we found the real culprit hiding in the fuse box:
👉 A tiny strand of wire shorting two terminals and killing the fuel pump when the AC turned on.
